大腿 → 小腿：以溫柔長推方式由大腿按摩至腳部，雙手交替進行。
腳部舒壓：握住孩子的腳掌，以拇指由下往上畫圈至腳趾，再輕輕拉拉每一根腳趾。
手部放鬆：由上臂輕柔按摩至手指末端。
腹部安定：雙手平放孩子腹部，由內向外畫圈，重複數次。
背部放鬆：由背部向臀部方向、沿脊骨兩側往外往下按摩，也可由頸後一路往下到背與腳底。

Legs – Gently massage from thighs down to the feet using long, alternating strokes.
Feet – Hold the sole, massage upward in circular motions with the thumbs, then lightly pull each toe.
Arms – Massage from the upper arm down to the fingertips.
Stomach – Place both hands on the abdomen and massage outward in slow circular motions.
Back – Massage from the upper back downward along both sides of the spine toward the hips; you may continue down to the legs and feet.
