⎜成分: 

有機乳香/ 有機薑/ 有機香桃木/ 有機安息香/ 有機尤加利/ 有機沒藥/ 野生昆士亞/ 芳枸葉/ 檀香/ 有機荷荷芭油

⎜說明:

溫和舒緩阻塞的呼吸道，舒緩感冒或是斷續咳嗽帶來的不適，幫助維持呼吸系統健康。

⎜適用:

保養呼吸道: 咳嗽，鼻塞，呼吸不順，感冒。

⎜使用方法：

深吸精油，取至少十滴精油，塗抹於肩頸，喉嚨兩側，胸口，背部，每小時一次。

⎜象島媽媽止咳妙方：
先將各五滴精油塗抹前胸後背，再以約為十滴精油，來回搓熱肺經的尺澤穴與少商穴。
（大概就是小朋友大拇指外側到手肘的部分）
快速來回搓熱，約一兩百次，一天重複三次。

⎜吸呼道問題使用方法：

將精油（約五六滴）放手心搓熱，請寶貝深吸幾次，再溫柔按摩兒童背部，喉嚨兩側以及胸口。

可配合按摩以下穴道

定喘穴（背部第七頸椎棘突下，大椎穴往左右旁，大約半指寬的位置：約在脖子背部，與肩膀交會，靠近脊椎的地方）

天突（喉嚨下方，左右鎖骨的中間點)

足三里 （小腿外側，膝蓋骨外側下方凹陷處往下四橫指處）

鼻子外側迎香穴（請小心不要用到眼睛）
